Dr. Antoni Borrell’s interest is in the field of Fetal Medicine, particularly Prenatal Diagnosis and Screening of congenital anomalies, Fetal Ultrasound and Prenatal Genetics. An area of expertise is the ultrasound recognition of fetal syndromes, another is in prenatal genetic diagnosis and screening.
He is Senior Consultant in Fetal Medicine and Prenatal Genetics at Hospital Clinic Barcelona and director of the prenatal diagnosis programme.
Full Professor of the University of Barcelona.
He has published extensively in the fields of interest.
